Sauce
- 2 TBSP of butter
- 2 TBSP of minced garlic
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream

- 3 TBSP of tomato paste
- 1 tsp of Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Brown the kielbasa: Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces. In a large pan over medium heat, brown the kielbasa slices until they develop a rich color. Remove the kielbasa from the pan and set aside.
- Prepare the creamy tomato sauce: In the same pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant. Pour in the heavy whipping cream, tomato sauce, and tomato paste. Stir to combine thoroughly. Add the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and let the sauce simmer for several minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Combine pasta and sauce: Add the drained pasta back into the pan with the sauce, stirring to coat evenly. Then stir in the browned kielbasa pieces, ensuring everything is well mixed and heated through.
- Serve and garnish: Plate the creamy smoked sausage pasta and garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of dried parsley for a flavorful finish.
