Description

A refreshing and healthy Drinkable Yogurt recipe perfect for a quick breakfast or snack. This smoothie-style yogurt drink blends Greek yogurt, fresh or frozen cherries, milk, and a touch of maple syrup to create a delicious and nutritious beverage that can be stored in small containers for convenience.

Ingredients

Yogurt Mixture

  • 32 oz. 2% plain Greek yogurt (or your preferred yogurt)
  • 3 cups fresh or frozen pitted cherries (or your preferred fruit)
  • 2 cups 2% milk (or your preferred milk)
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add all of the ingredients—inclusive of Greek yogurt, cherries, milk, and maple syrup—into a large blender to prepare for mixing.
  2. Blend Smooth: Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and all ingredients are well combined, ensuring an even consistency throughout the drink.
  3. Portion and Store: Pour the blended yogurt mixture into 8 small sealable containers, such as 8 oz. mason jars, to make convenient individual servings. Store these containers in the refrigerator to keep the drink fresh until ready to consume.

Notes

  • You can substitute cherries with any preferred fresh or frozen fruit such as blueberries, strawberries, or mangoes.
  • Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of maple syrup or using honey or agave nectar as alternatives.
  • Use any type of milk you prefer, including almond, oat, or whole milk, to suit dietary needs or taste preferences.
  • This drink is best consumed within 3 days when stored properly in the refrigerator.
  • For a thicker consistency, reduce the milk slightly, or add ice cubes while blending.
