Description

This homemade popsicles recipe combines creamy Greek yogurt with a medley of fresh or frozen berries and a touch of honey for natural sweetness. These refreshing treats are perfect for a healthy dessert or snack, easy to prepare, and require no cooking—just blending and freezing.

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Mix. Place the Greek yogurt, mixed berries, and honey into a food processor and blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
  2. Assemble. Pour the blended mixture evenly into popsicle molds. Secure the lids on the molds and place them in the freezer.
  3. Freeze. Freeze the popsicles overnight or for at least 6 to 8 hours until fully firm and set.
  4. Serve. To remove the popsicles from the molds, let them sit at room temperature for 5 minutes or briefly run the bottom of the mold under warm water. Gently wiggle the popsicle sticks to release. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • You can use any combination of fresh or frozen berries depending on availability and preference.
  • For a sweeter treat, increase honey incrementally and taste as you go.
  • If you don’t have popsicle molds, small paper cups with wooden sticks work as a substitute.
  • Letting the popsicles sit at room temperature briefly makes unmolding easier without melting them too much.
  • This recipe is naturally gluten free and vegetarian.
