Description

A vibrant Mediterranean Burrata Board featuring creamy burrata cheese surrounded by colorful tomatoes, olives, artichokes, and roasted red peppers. Perfect as a quick, elegant appetizer or light meal with warm pita or crusty bread.

Ingredients

  • 2 balls burrata cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • ½ cup mixed olives (Kalamata, green, etc.)
  • ¼ cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • ¼ cup hummus (optional)
  • Handful of fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt and black pepper
  • Warm pita bread or crusty baguette slices, for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the burrata cheese balls in the center of a large serving board or platter.
  2. Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes, chopped artichoke hearts, olives, and roasted red peppers around the burrata.
  3. If using hummus, spoon it into a small bowl and place it on the board.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the burrata and scatter fresh basil leaves around the platter.
  5. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
  6. Serve immediately with warm pita bread or crusty baguette slices.

Notes

  • Drain and pat dry marinated ingredients to prevent the board from becoming soggy.
  • Assemble just before serving for the freshest presentation.
  • Store leftovers in separate airtight containers for up to 1 day.
  • Let chilled burrata sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving again.
  • Make it vegan by swapping burrata for a cashew-based or plant-based cheese.
